As an operator you occupy an important place in the production process, but what do you do then? You can compare the process with cooking: you are a cook in a large pharmaceutical “kitchen”. There is a recipe that you have to follow step by step and in which you have to write down what you have done step by step.

Duties and responsibilities of the Operator

• You set the process equipment and the piping systems yourself
• You can learn to operate a production line independently with us
• You perform quality checks
• You package, label and seal the products
• You transport the products to the warehouse
• You monitor and control.
• You intervene independently where necessary, or you report to your manager if you see deviations
• You work in accordance with the quality rules. These are GMP guidelines. We will teach you this the moment you start working with us.

Job requirements
• A training at LBO+/MBO level
• Knowledge of the GMP guidelines is an advantage
• Correct command of the Dutch language
